Sessions

Most people don’t know how well it’s possible to feel.

Clients can come to sessions for any reason. We can work with physical pain, with a domain in your life where you feel not-your-best (emotionally or mentally), or expand a quality you’d like more of. Some clients come only with their curiosity and discover their ability to feel more at ease and more powerful than ever before.

The session will begin with a conversation to uncover together a potential intention. The work consists of touch — to the muscle as in massage, but also lighter to the skin and deeper to the bone. The session may also include more active movement, work with breath and verbal description of sensations. At the end of the session, you will be given a few minutes to rest alone in the room, covered with blankets, for your body to integrate the work. You may wish to schedule some free time after the session in order to allow any new sensations or reactions to the world outside.

After the first session, I will recommend a total number of sessions (generally four to six) to address your intention. Scheduling these on a weekly basis is encouraged, but you can, of course, select a frequency according to your needs or come for a single session only.
